Eight-year-old Cate Munger, of Ten Sleep, laughs with joy will spinning with her brother Ben, 5, in red shirt and other children Sunday afternoon at the Cowboy Carnival in Hyattville. The merry-go-round was recently restored and is believed to be part of the original playground equipment.
